I have searched but will post here anyway The owner's manual says to use coolant that meets OAT coolant conforming to MS The Mopar coolant I just bought from Amazon says MS meets ASTM D3306 part number AB This is The Renegade owners manual specifies " OAT coolant conforming to MS ", unfortunately that coolant does not seem to exist (at least in the USA) If you go to a Jeep parts department they will sell you MS for your Jeep, it is also an OAT coolant There are those who say that MS is identical to DEXCool, but I haven't found I have sitting in front of me MS with AB on the back it is purple and it says OAT And I still say my overflow has pink coolant I bought the car brand new in 16 with 14 miles on it so no one has flushed and replaced the coolant with dexcool or anything like that No speculation please just true knowledge on the subject

Found this on Amazon but it was labeled MS Lots of warnings on line about mixing the wrong coolant and gumming up the system Was concerned if this was the correct stuff A little poking around on line found the Mopar Dealers Chemical Catalog Turns out the MS is the concentrated product, the MS is the 50/50 premixedJust pour it into your radiator OAT, or Organic Acid (Additive) Technology, describes the type of materials responsible for the corrosion protection offered by this product Finally Peak Global Lifetime has printed the Chrysler Spec MS on their new jugs This coolant can be a replacement or top fill for the VERY Expensive purple coolant I knew it was the same chemistry as the purple!
